30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. If you’re not happy with your Renuveil mask for any reason, contact us and we’ll make it right.

 

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Email us at shoprenuveil@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Returns should be shipped to:

Please include your order number inside the package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.


DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost. You do not need to return the defective item.


REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene reasons, items that show signs of heavy use or physical damage caused by the
customer may not be eligible for a full refund. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and will always work with you to find a fair resolution.
