30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. If you're not happy with your Renuveil mask for any reason, contact us and we'll make it right.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Email us at shoprenuveil@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with instructions.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost. You do not need to return the defective item.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene reasons, items with signs of heavy use or customer-caused damage may not qualify for a full refund. We review these case by case and will always work with you toward a fair resolution.
